Upon completion of the results, an email will be sent with a link to access the Portal, along with the login details. Your email address will also be your username for accessing the Portal. Please note that you can only use the password you receive once during your
first login, and you will need to change it for future access.

In case you do not know your password or have forgotten it (after the first login), click on “Forgot your password” at the bottom of the login page and follow the instructions that will be sent to your email.

On the right side of the screen on the home page, you can use the “View” option (Point 1) to see your examination results, the “Download” option (Point 2) to download either the examination images or the medical report, and the “Share” option (Point 3) to share your results with your physician. Selecting the “Share” option (Point 3) prompts you to provide your doctor’s email address and optional message.

Note: The doctor will receive two emails: one containing a link to your exam and the other containing an automatic security code needed to access it.

On the left side of the screen, you can select multiple examinations or all of them (Point 4). Furthermore, you have the option to save medical reports separately when viewing them (Point 5).
