Maria Papalouka
Dr. Maria Papalouka was born and raised in Limassol. She graduated from St. John’s High School and subsequently studied at the Faculty of Medicine at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He then obtained his residency in General Medicine at the Papageorgiou Hospital in Thessaloniki. He worked in the public sector both in the regular clinics and in the First Aid Department for many years. Since September 2020 she has been working at the GOK in the Department of Special Pathology.
This specialty was chosen with the aim to offer my fellow man who experience pain, even this pain is coming from heart attack or from a small abrasion of the knee. Whether the patient is a little kid with the fever or a grandmother with the stroke for me is the same. But when we are talking about an oncology patient, the facts change. But should it be different?
Stephen Hawking said “Where there is life there is hope”.
I am here to contribute to the great struggle of the Professor N. Zamboglou and his team to support oncology patients.
